Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of BSDVS23 Music Publisher, an artist-owned application used to manage and publish original BSDVS23 music, video, promotional media, and related metadata to authorized third-party platforms, including TikTok.

1. Authorized Use

The application is intended only for the owner or authorized administrators of BSDVS23 and associated accounts. You may not use the application to access or publish to any account without lawful authorization.

2. Third-Party Platform Authorization

Connections to TikTok or other services are made through the platform’s own authorization process. The application may request only permissions needed for approved publishing functions. Use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and community guidelines.

3. Publishing Activity

The application may prepare, upload, or publish approved BSDVS23 media and metadata. Depending on platform capabilities, content may be transferred as a draft, private post, scheduled item, or live post. Final publication remains subject to platform processing, moderation, eligibility, and account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

Original BSDVS23 music, lyrics, artwork, video, branding, and related creative materials remain the property of their respective rights holder or holders. Use of this application does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Use

The application may not be used to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content; impersonate another person or entity; interfere with platform security; or violate applicable law or platform rules.

6. Availability

The application may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Third-party APIs and platform features may change without notice and may affect functionality.

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that every upload, draft, post, or API request will be accepted, processed, or published by a third-party platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related losses arising from API outages, rejected uploads, moderation decisions, account restrictions, third-party service changes, or unauthorized use.

9. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time. Third-party platform authorization may also be revoked through the applicable platform’s settings where supported.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
